Force Majeure
The property is not liable for disruptions beyond its control (e.g., severe weather, disasters, government orders, utility outages). Unused nights are not refundable unless required by law or platform policy.

Liability Waiver
Guests assume risk for use of the property and amenities. The property is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or injuries to the extent allowed by law.

Cancellation / Changes
Cancellation and change policies follow what’s stated on your booking confirmation (and/or the platform policy if booked via Airbnb/VRBO).
